Contractual, not aspirational.

We publish the service levels we sign up to, how each is measured, and what happens when we miss. No vanity numbers, no unnamed case studies.

How each is measured

So you can check our arithmetic.

Call answer rate — over 95%

Calls answered by the agent within the first ring, divided by all calls that reached the line. Excludes calls abandoned by the caller in under two seconds. Reported daily.

Lead alert — under 10 seconds

Time from call end to the WhatsApp and email alert reaching the assigned salesperson. Measured on every hot and warm lead, reported as a 95th percentile.

CRM capture — 100%

Every completed conversation creates or updates a CRM record with contact, score, summary and transcript link. Failed writes are retried and surfaced in the delivery log.

Availability — 24×7

Platform uptime target of 99.5% on the Enterprise tier, measured monthly, with scheduled maintenance announced seven days ahead.

The bake-off offer

Score us against anyone, blind.

Route the same fifty live calls to Harboli and to any other system — a vendor or your own team. Your people score both blind on Hindi fluency, capture accuracy and alert speed. We will put service credits in the contract on the result, and we encourage you to ask the others to do the same.

See it running on your own business.

Bring us a real process — an enquiry line, a follow-up list, a booking journey — and we will show you exactly how Harboli would handle it. No slide deck.

Questions people ask

Straight answers.

Are these numbers from a live client?

They are contractual service levels, not historical averages from a named client. Each is measured per deployment and reported in your monthly MIS, so you see your own numbers rather than someone else's.

What happens if Harboli misses an SLA?

On the Enterprise tier, service credits are applied automatically against the next invoice. On all tiers, the miss is reported with root cause in the monthly review.
