Terms of Use
These terms govern the harboli.ai website, demos and free trials. Production subscriptions are governed by a separate signed agreement. Last updated 3 October 2026.
The terms
1. Acceptance
By using harboli.ai, requesting a demo or starting a trial, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
2. The service
Harboli is an AI voice agent platform operated by IOUX Systems Private Limited. Demos and trials are provided to let you evaluate it. They may be limited in features, duration and call volume, and may be changed or withdrawn.
3. Acceptable use
Use Harboli lawfully and only for authorised business communications. You must not use demos or trials to place unsolicited, abusive, deceptive or unlawful calls, to call numbers you do not have the right to call, or to test the system against third parties without consent. We may suspend access immediately for breach.
4. Trials
Trials require verification of your contact details. You are responsible for the accuracy of information and content you provide, including any knowledge-base files, and for ensuring you have the right to use them. Trial data may be deleted 90 days after the trial ends.
5. Intellectual property
Harboli, the platform, its design and documentation are the property of IOUX Systems Private Limited and protected by Indian and international law, including three granted patents. Your content remains yours. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service.
6. Service levels
Service levels published on this website are commitments offered under production agreements and do not apply to demos or trials. Demos and trials are provided as-is.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IOUX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, demos or trials. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
