Where is data stored?
It depends on the deployment model you choose. Hosted runs in Indian data centres. Private cloud, dedicated cloud and on-premises keep data in the location you specify.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, with transcripts, and both are available for playback, download and audit. Recording announcements are configurable to meet your legal requirements.
