About
Built in India, for how India actually speaks.
Harboli is a product of IOUX Systems — an engineering company that builds reliable intelligence for regulated environments. We built Harboli because every voice AI we evaluated treated Hindi as an afterthought and Hinglish as an error.
Why we built it
The gap between a ring and a hello.
Indian businesses lose customers in the few seconds between a phone ringing and nobody answering it. After hours. On launch weekends. When the desk is busy. The customer calls the next number on the list.
We watched developers, banks and clinics try to solve this with IVRs, call centres and chatbots with a voice bolted on. None of them held a conversation the way a customer in Lucknow or Nagpur actually has one — starting in Hindi, switching to English for the numbers, back to Hindi for the question that matters.
So we built a platform that does. Harboli answers in the language the caller uses, from the business's own approved documents, and turns the conversation into a lead in the CRM without anyone typing anything.
Who we are
IOUX Systems is based in Gurugram. The team has delivered India's first regulated national exchange, holds three granted patents in blockchain-based record integrity, and is certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. Harboli is what that engineering discipline looks like applied to conversation.
What we believe
That a customer should never be penalised for calling at the wrong time or in the wrong language. That AI should answer from what a business has approved, not from what it imagines. And that an enterprise should own its deployment, its data and its exit.
