1. Who we are

Harboli is operated by IOUX Systems Private Limited, K7/12 A (B), DLF City II, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India ("IOUX", "we"). We are the data fiduciary for information collected through harboli.ai and the data processor for call data handled on behalf of our customers.

2. Information we collect

Through the website and forms: name, company, work email, phone number, and anything you write in a message or requirement field.

Through the free trial: the above plus verification codes, industry, use case, configuration choices and any knowledge-base file you upload.

Through the service, on behalf of our customers: call audio, transcripts, caller phone numbers, lead details and CRM records. For this data our customer is the data fiduciary and we act on their instructions.

Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, via server logs. We do not set advertising cookies. Theme preference is stored in your browser only.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, run your demo or trial, provide and secure the service, meet legal obligations, and send you information you have asked for. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer call data to train models for other customers.

4. Legal basis

Consent, where you submit a form or start a trial; performance of a contract, for customers; and legitimate interest, for security and service improvement — in each case as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law.

5. Sharing

With service providers who host, deliver or support the service under contract; with our customer, for data processed on their behalf; and with authorities where law requires. We do not share personal information with advertisers.

6. Retention

Enquiry data for 24 months from last contact. Trial data for 90 days after the trial ends unless converted to a subscription. Customer call data for the period set in the customer agreement, then deleted or returned.

7. Security

IOUX is certified to ISO 27001. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and tenants are isolated. See the Security page for detail.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent, by writing to contact@harboli.ai. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Changes

We will post changes here with a new date. Material changes affecting customers are notified in writing.
